Client submits a request
A homebuyer or property owner tells us their property location, the survey type they need and their preferences.
We match against your criteria
We check the property against your coverage area, travel radius and the survey types you offer.
You're charged a small lead fee
If you fit the criteria, a small fee is taken for that lead. The same lead may also go to other surveyors who match.
The lead is released to you
You get the client's contact details and job context, and reach out directly to win the work.
Every Lead Is Verified
We check each request before it's sent out, so you're not paying for irrelevant or incomplete enquiries. A lead may be shared with other surveyors who also match the criteria, so customers get timely responses.
Every lead includes
- Customer contact details
- Property address
- Selected survey type
- Basic job context (e.g. valuation type, offer accepted, defect category)
